Send your order and your current in-game settings. We hand over the files and pick a call time that fits your timezone.
Screen share, we install and tune it live, you jump straight into a match and tell us how it feels. We adjust on the spot.
Questions
Yes. We sell the configs, scripts and the support that gets them running — you supply the XIM Matrix or Cronus Zen hardware.
You share your screen in Discord, we walk through the install, import your files, and tune sensitivity and anti-recoil against your real in-game settings until the aim feels right. Most first calls take 20–40 minutes.
Nothing ships. Every tier is a digital product. Open a ticket in the Discord with your order and we hand over the files and your setup guide the same day.
One payment, unlimited calls for as long as you own the device. New game, new patch, new console — book another call and we sort it.
We collect your in-game settings and playstyle notes first, build the config around them, then book the call to fine-tune it with you. Usually turned around within 24–48 hours.
Yes. Pay the difference in the Discord and we move you up to the call support or custom config tier — nothing gets bought twice.

The fine print
Everything we sell is digital. Here is how we handle your information, refunds, and the rules of using what you buy.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to process purchases, provide digital access, respond to support requests, and improve the XIM FORGE customer experience. This can include your name, email address, order details, support messages, and basic website usage information.
Payments are handled by Shopify and its payment partners. XIM FORGE does not store full payment card details.
How we use information
We use customer information to fulfill orders, send access instructions, provide Discord or direct support, prevent fraud, improve products, and communicate important order or account updates.
We may use email or contact information to reply to questions and provide support related to purchased scripts, configs, courses, or setup services.
Sharing and retention
We share information only with services needed to operate the store, such as Shopify, payment providers, email/support tools, analytics providers, and delivery or platform services used for digital access.
We keep order and support records as long as needed for business, legal, fraud-prevention, and customer support purposes.

Digital product sales
XIM FORGE sells digital products and services including scripts, configs, courses, setup guidance, and support access. Because these products can be accessed or delivered digitally, purchases are generally final once access, files, instructions, or support have been provided.
If you have trouble receiving or using your purchase, contact support so we can help resolve the issue.
Support-first resolution
Before any refund request is reviewed, we may ask for details about the issue and provide troubleshooting, replacement access, setup guidance, or a support call when applicable.
Refunds are not guaranteed for change of mind, failure to read product details, device incompatibility caused by an unsupported setup, or refusal to complete reasonable support steps.
Contact window
For order issues, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the email used at checkout. We review eligible cases individually.

Digital access and account responsibility
Digital access, files, scripts, configs, course materials, and support instructions are provided for the purchasing customer. Sharing, reselling, leaking, or redistributing paid materials is not allowed.
You are responsible for your own device, game, console, account, and platform usage. XIM FORGE provides setup help and digital materials, but does not control third-party platform rules or enforcement.
Support and limitations
Support is provided through the listed contact methods, Discord tickets, or scheduled calls depending on the product purchased. We work to help customers install and tune their setup, but results can vary by device, game settings, updates, and user configuration.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, XIM FORGE is not liable for indirect losses, third-party account issues, platform restrictions, or misuse of purchased materials.
